Paying with a Russian card (T-Bank)
Rouble prices, the saved-card consent, auto-renew, failed payments and receipts.
Russian cards are handled through T-Bank, in roubles, rather than through the international card flow.
Prices in roubles
These are fixed rouble prices, not a conversion of the dollar ones, so the amount does not move with the exchange rate.
Subscribing
- Open Settings → Billing and pick your plan and billing period.
- Pay on T-Bank's secure page. Classario never sees or stores your card number.
- Agree to the recurring payment consent so the card can be charged for renewals. Without it every renewal has to be paid by hand.
Auto-renew
The billing page has an auto-renew switch. Turn it off and your subscription runs to the end of the period you have paid for and then stops — no surprise charge. Turn it back on any time.
If a payment fails
Classario retries automatically and shows the problem on the billing page, with a Pay now button so you can settle it immediately rather than waiting for the next retry. Your space keeps working through the grace period.
Receipts
Charges and receipts are listed on the billing page. Fiscal receipts for rouble payments are issued separately — if you need one and it has not arrived, contact support with the payment date.
On app.classario.ru some third-party features behave differently: Google sign-in is not offered, and video and data run through Russian-accessible endpoints. Everything else in this help centre applies unchanged.
