Platform settings for your school

Pronunciation voice, the lesson durations everyone can pick from, and where content import lives.

Settings → Platform Settings holds the three things that apply to everyone in your school. Owners and admins set them.

Dictionary pronunciation

Choose the Voice used to read dictionary words aloud. Play example lets you hear it first. Because it is Classario's own voice rather than the browser's, a word sounds identical for every student on every device — which matters when you are teaching pronunciation.

Lesson durations

The lengths offered in the Schedule lesson dropdown, for everyone in the school. Type a number and press Add, or remove one with its ✕. Up to eight, between 5 and 600 minutes.

Set these to your real lesson lengths — 45 and 90, say — and scheduling stops being a dropdown hunt. Custom is always available for a one-off.

Import content

Import from Edvibe copies a course or material, with its sections and elements, into your Classario library. See Importing from Edvibe for the full process.

Elsewhere in Settings

  • Profile — your own name, photo, password.
  • Billing — plan, card, receipts. Owners and admins.
  • Team — tutors and seats.
  • Custom Branding — logos and accent colour.

Email Notifications is visible but not yet active — the switches do not send anything today. It is listed here so nobody counts on reminders that are not sent.
