Your first week as a tutor in a school
You were invited to someone else's Classario school. What you can see, what you cannot, and where to start.
A school owner or admin has added you as a tutor. You did not sign up for your own Classario account and you are not being billed for anything — you are a member of their space.
Getting in
You will have had one of two things:
- An email invitation — open the link and accept it with that same address.
- A login and a 6-digit PIN your admin created and passed to you. Sign in with the username or email they gave you and the PIN as your password.
What you can do
- Schedule, edit and teach lessons.
- Create and edit materials — including everyone else's, because the library is shared.
- Add and manage students.
- Assign and review homework.
- Make whiteboards and mini games.
What you will not see
Billing, Team and Custom Branding belong to the school's owner and admins. You will not see a plan, a trial countdown or an upgrade prompt — there is nothing there for you to act on.
Your students, not the whole roll
You see the students assigned to you. If a student you teach is missing from your list, ask an admin to assign them — it is one action on their side.
If you also teach privately
One login can belong to several schools, and you can have your own space alongside this one. A space switcher appears above your name in the sidebar. Nothing crosses between spaces: separate students, separate library, separate calendar.
If the school's subscription lapses, tutors are shown a page explaining that access is paused and to contact their admin. Students are never locked out of work already assigned to them.
