Calendar views and time settings

Day, Week and Month, the tutor filter, and how to set your timezone, visible hours and slot size.

The Calendar is the first thing everyone sees. These settings make it match how you actually work.

Day, Week, Month

Switch with the Day / Week / Month buttons at the top. Today jumps back to now; the arrows step forward and back. Day and Week show a time grid; Month shows lesson counts per day.

Whose lessons you are looking at

In a school, the person icon at the top right switches between All tutors and one tutor. Owners and admins can see the whole school's timetable at once, or narrow to one person before scheduling.

Time settings

Click the small gear next to Time in the top-left of the grid to open Calendar time settings:

  • Timezone — everything on the calendar is drawn in this zone. Searchable. Set this first if you moved or teach across borders.
  • Visible from / Visible until — trims the grid to your working hours instead of a full 24 hours.
  • Calendar slot size — how finely the grid is divided (with a custom option in minutes). Useful for 45- or 50-minute lessons.

Each student has their own timezone, so a 17:00 lesson for you shows at the student's local time on their calendar. You can set a student's timezone for them before their first sign-in.

Starting a lesson without scheduling it

Start lesson at the bottom of the sidebar creates an instant "Quick lesson" and opens the classroom right away — handy for an unplanned call.
