How the Library is organised

Courses, course sections and materials — plus covers, tags, search, reordering and the shared library.

The Library holds everything you teach from. It has three levels, and you can use as few of them as you like.

CourseA folder — "English B1", "Grade 9 Physics". Has a cover image and tags.
Course sectionAn optional chapter inside a course — "Unit 1", "Exam prep".
MaterialOne lesson's content. Can live in a section, straight in a course, or outside any course.

Building it

  1. New course creates a folder. Change cover gives it a picture so it is recognisable at a glance.
  2. Add course section splits it into chapters.
  3. Add material creates a lesson inside the section — or use Materials outside sections for loose ones.

Each row has a ⋮ menu with Rename, Move up, Move down, Move to course and Delete. You can also drag items to reorder them.

My materials and Shared library

Two tabs sit at the top. My materials is what you made; Shared library is what the school shares. In a school every member of staff can edit every course and material in the space, so a colleague's lesson is genuinely reusable rather than read-only.

Finding things

Use Search library… for titles, and tags to filter. With a few dozen materials this matters more than you would expect — tag by level, skill or exam and the list stays usable.

All plans include unlimited courses, materials and whiteboards. You will not run out of room on Lite.
