Subscribing and paying by card

Choosing a plan, entering a card, promo codes, and where your receipts live.

Owners subscribe; admins can look but not change the plan. Everything is in Settings → Billing.

Subscribing

  1. Open Settings → Billing, or press the upgrade link on the sidebar plan card.
  2. Choose Monthly or Yearly (−20%).
  3. Press Choose under the plan you want.
  4. Enter your card details and confirm.

Access changes the moment payment succeeds — no waiting, nothing to re-activate.

Promo codes

I have a promo code sits under the plans. Enter it before paying: Classario checks it and shows the adjusted price. If you are still in your trial, the 20% first-month discount is applied on its own, without a code.

Currency

The price shown can be previewed in different currencies, but charges are made in US dollars by card, or in roubles if you pay through T-Bank. Whatever else you preview is a conversion estimate, not the amount your bank will show.

Your card

The billing page shows the card on file and lets you add or replace it, right there — there is no separate payment portal to sign in to.

Receipts

Payments & receipts on the same page lists every charge with a receipt. That is where to go for your accountant.

If a payment fails, Classario keeps your space usable through a grace period and tells you on the billing page. Update the card and the charge is retried.
