Getting help and requesting features

The in-app support chat, reporting an issue, and where to suggest or vote on what Classario builds next.

Support chat

The round chat button in the bottom-right corner of Classario opens support. It knows who you are and which school you are in, so you do not have to explain your setup before asking the question.

Report an issue

Report an issue near the bottom of the sidebar sends a message straight to the team. Useful when something is broken rather than unclear.

Helpful things to include:

  • What you were doing, and what happened instead.
  • The page you were on — a link is ideal.
  • Your browser, and whether reloading changed anything.
  • A screenshot, if the problem is visible.

By email

support@classario.com reaches the same team. Use it for anything with an attachment, or when you cannot sign in.

Feature requests and the roadmap

The Roadmap link at the top of this help centre shows what is planned and being built. You can post an idea, or vote for one already there — votes are how requests get prioritised, so a vote on an existing post counts for more than a duplicate.

Before reporting a video problem, open /diag and include what it reports. It usually identifies the cause immediately.

  • Video or the classroom will not load
  • What Classario does not do yet
